2004 Cabernet Sauvignon - Columbia Valley
Winemaker Notes: Yes, it’s a bold wine — we make no apologies for this. We suggest decanting it to truly bring out all of its components. It opens up to a soft vanilla nose with tones of smoky grilled meats. It’s a striking palette of stewed plums, dark cherries, and the continuation of smokiness.

Well, this is a serious wine for serious reading. We suggest something with intrigue and historical value … perhaps Caleb Carr’s “The Alienist,” or “City of White Lights,” with Beethoven’s Pastoral Symphony playing in the background. If you are not going to be sitting at home reading a good book with the wine and comfortable, then we suggest you wear that little black dress (the oh so very “Breakfast At Tiffany’s” style), throw on your black mules and head out to dinner … and don’t forget to bring the bottle of DaMa.

2005 Cultivar - Walla Walla Valley
Winemaker Notes: Walla Walla Valley fruit, a blend that has aromas of blueberry, violets, and cassis. Rich, round flavors of bakers chocolate, blackberry, mocha, and raspberry.

2005 Reserve Merlot - Walla Walla Valley
Winemaker Notes: The fruit for this first release of Saviah Cellars Reserve Merlot was estate grown, handpicked, and handled with the greatest of care. The result is an opulent, stylish Merlot that is full of ripe, dark cherry aromas laced with hints of vanilla and nutmeg. This wine is pure silk in the mouth with juicy layers of perfectly extracted fruit which are enhanced by a touch of chocolate and nutmeg. Truly a special wine meant to be shared. 2004 Del Rio - Del Rio Vineyard
Winemaker Notes: This blend, Del Rio, is a rich medley of currant, black cherry, and dark fruits. The finish lingers with nicely balanced tannins and spicy wood tones. Enjoy this wine with lamb, pork, and all red meats for the next six years.
